Here are my top ten tools for fighting Terrorism:
1. Bring home our troops and secure our borders as we can try to control others actions but we can truly only control our own
2. Replace advanced interrogation techniques with advanced surveillance techniques
3. Lead the world in relinquishing nuclear weapons to the United Nations with unprecedented transparency
4. Exercise sound diplomacy and allow our perceived enemies to have a voice internationally
5. Eliminate religious doctrine from Government, and embrace religious freedom for all people
6. Spread socio-economic opportunity to those countries cast indefinitely in the shadows of the developed world
7. Advance and update the Geneva conventions to respond to terrorism today
8. A strong national guard and a united, synergistic international Army capable of swift action
9. Set concrete goals for international peace
10. Take all action necessary up to and including the last resort of military action tounderstand and eliminate the roots of terrorism
1. Bring home our troops and secure our borders as we can try to control others actions but we can truly only control our own
ReplyDeleteResponse: OK…I buy this… can we call in all our international loans as well that are helping 3rd world countries then too? That would boost our economy right? We can give it to our poor and leave the other countries to deal with their own poverty, disease, famine, and terrorism.
2. Replace advanced interrogation techniques with advanced surveillance techniques
Response: Good… we can see them coming at the last minute, when it is too late. Naivety… that is what the CIA does…
3. Lead the world in relinquishing nuclear weapons to the United Nations with unprecedented transparency
Response:OMFG… you need to rethink this… very naive! The UN is a useless corrupt organization, that has abandoned its own constituents. Get REAL
4. Exercise sound diplomacy and allow our perceived enemies to have a voice internationally
Response:Do the ones who kill us have a voice too? And when they ask us to die, do we just lie down and do so? Silly rabbit, tricks are for kids. When they do have a voice all I hear them say is “YOU MUST DIE INFIDEL”
5. Eliminate religious doctrine from Government, and embrace religious freedom for all people
Response:Have you read the constitution or using it as a door mat? Try electing better officials, that will make a better government home boy
6. Spread socio-economic opportunity to those countries cast indefinitely in the shadows of the developed world
Response:You cut the first check and donate ALL of your earnings and I am right behind you buddy…
Why is it our job to give up our money to other countries? You make no sense. Especially, when you are probably not donating massive amounts to foreign entities yourself. I think you should fix the socio-economic problems here first. Look before you leap, blind man.
7. Advance and update the Geneva conventions to respond to terrorism today
Response:WHY? Terrorists do not adhere to any rules? You have missed the point. Maybe we can serve steak and eggs to rapists, pedophiles and murderers too…
8. A strong national guard and a united, synergistic international Army capable of swift action
Response:You should lead by example, not words dude! We have international coalitions. Unfortunately, not everyone plays well in the sandbox and you are just a dreamer going no where
9. Set concrete goals for international violence
Response:Goals? HAHAHA I laugh at you. You silly man who make no sense....
Make goals for violence? And you call yourself a blog writer? Do you mean goals for reduction of violence or was this just a Freudian slip on your behalf.
10. Take all action necessary up to and including the last resort of military action tounderstand and eliminate the roots of terrorism
Response:Best point of all… and if 1-9 of your points were to come true, 10 could not.
I believe a reduction in violence goes without saying, but for those whose minds go directly TO violence, you're right, I should change it. It was irresponsible of me to believe that most of the people who read my blog prefer international peace to international violence.
